We're as transparent as we are sustainable. Read on for our shipping, return, exchange and refund policies for our 100% Plastic-Free & Compostable Drinking Straws and Utensils made out of natural materials like grass, rice, coconut, sugarcane and coffee.

Shipping Policy:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping, however, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EQUO International is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@equointl.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you

Returns

Due to the nature of the items, EQUO products are not eligible to be returned for a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@equointl.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any EQUO product, we apologize, and want you to keep our products to share with your friends, family or to dispose of sustainably.
