Thanks for shopping at EQUO. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Due to the nature of the items, EQUO products are not eligible to be returned for a refund unless unopened. Product must be in the original packaging and free from damage. Any returns will need to be shipped to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


If you are unhappy with any EQUO product, we apologize, and want you to keep our products to share with your friends, family or to dispose of sustainably.

In order to exchange products for another EQUO item, please send an email to with your name, phone number, exchange request, and a picture of the EQUO item you are looking to exchange.
